By using Personaplex, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Personaplex provides an AI-powered voice group chat platform where users interact with multiple AI personas simultaneously. The service includes voice recognition, AI response generation, text-to-speech synthesis, and persona customization.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited
• You must be 13 years or older to use Personaplex

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Personaplex to:

• Generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Impersonate real people in a misleading or harmful way
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or abuse the service
• Reverse engineer or copy our AI models or system prompts
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes

5. AI-Generated Content

AI responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate. Personaplex does not guarantee the accuracy of AI responses. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

6. Payment and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. We offer a pro-rated refund within 7 days of a charge if you contact us. Manage your subscription at any time via the billing portal.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. Free plan users may experience reduced availability during high-demand periods.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

Personaplex is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
